Unauthorized Meetings - Your Tax Dollars Wasted?

There were 20-25 unauthorized meetings over the course of the last 12 months in Southside to go over our Zoning Ordinances. The expense for these meetings and preparatioins for these meetings amounts to $20-$30,000 .

The Borough Council is reviewing options on what to do. We have retained an outside Solicitor, Mike Santicola to advice us on this matter.

I will post results of our actions once more is known.

Automated Garbage Collection - no more

THANK YOU NEIGHBORS - 250 of you showed up at the Fire Hall on May 17 to make the decision for the Borough Council to say, Thank you but NO THANK YOU to Pa DEP for the $500,000 Grant.
We will follow your suggestions of more education in recycling and less in automation, more in statistical accuracy of our recycling less in subterfugere, more in convenience for SENIORS, less in convenience for Trash Haulers.
