We definitely need Term Limits in Pennsylvania Legislature. This is a sure way to get the best people join the Legislature, serve their term for the good of the Commonwealth and move on with their personal lives.

The size of the Legislature has become an issue because the Legislators have turned this into a lifetime profession. Coupled with Term Limits, the reduced size of the Legislature will go a long ways in improving governance in Pennsylvania.
