Reassessments in Allegheny County and our Property Taxes

Current home values are an average of 21 percent higher countywide than 10 years ago, according to RealStats.
"This presents the case for increasing property taxes for some of us in older houses in Franklin Park Borough. New houses built in the last 10 years could see their assessments drop.
