Concrete Curbs

A signigicant part of the Borough has Concrete Curbs. If we have to repair/replace ONE MILE of Concrete Curb per year, we will need to DOUBLE the Borough Property Tax. In this day and age, a better option is to provide Asphalt Curbs whenever repairs/replacements come up because there is NO MONEY IN THE BUDGET FOR CONCRETE CURBS. That is why I support the use of Asphalt Curbs during repaving (3 miles of roads are repaved on an average each year).
